The Empathic Movement (in Italian: Empatismo or Scuola Empatica) has managed to recreate a new Humanism. To testify to this there are 300 relevant Empathic Masters and the territorial identity constructions that have actually determined a change of the territories of Cilento from agricultural to territories of high culture.
The empathic movement has demonstrated, indeed, with facts its great concreteness that has given hope to Cilento, to Italy, to the entire World.
I must say that my vision has been realized in the right ways and times. Five years of great excitement (six if we consider the “New Manifesto of Arts”): the Contemporary Arts Center and the many cultural activities. A true “Village of Poetry” (Salento Cilento), with an unpublished open-air anthology dedicated to the Cilento area by the greatest Italian and foreign poets who with their own hands have affixed the poems on fine ceramic tiles from Vietri on the night of San Lorenzo (10th August), on the occasion of the Cilento International Poetry Prize. And then “The Villange of Aphorisms” (Omignano Cilento) unique in Italy with 100 published and unpublished tiles. And then again “the empathic-cultural path” with ten “villages and towns” chosen by the Cultural Pyramid. And then the seats of the Art Centre in Milan, Rome, Roccadaspide, Vallo Della Lucania and soon in Carrara. We have revolutionized the Arts (or the Art…) with the sole power of ideas…
Discover our history, our mythical Unus (the “Total Artist”) dismembered by brothers out of envy and recomposed thanks to the union between artists today. Discover our slogan, our dreams, our love given almost exclusively to the Arts… Why? Because only Art (Poetry in particular) has made me feel truly alive in this life… in a world where those who love risk exposing themselves to the dislike of others…
